We are excited to announce a major update to our customer support: Live Support via iMessage! This enhancement is designed to offer faster and more convenient assistance, allowing your payees to receive real-time help directly through iMessage.

How It Works
Payees can access Live Support by clicking the support link on their dashboard. After clicking the support link, they will see the option to contact us via Live Support.
Live Support via iMessage is available during business hours (Weekdays 8AM to 4PM Eastern Time). If a payee contacts us outside of business hours, they can leave a message and our team will respond on the next business day.
