Payment Labs Wallet gives payees more control over their earnings
Payment Labs has launched Payment Labs Wallet, where athletes, esports players, and others paid through its platform can receive, manage, and withdraw their earnings.
The wallet is built into the Payment Labs web portal and mobile app. With it, payees can:
- Hold a balance, with available and pending funds shown separately
- Add funds using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
- Withdraw using their preferred payment method, with the fee and exact amount shown before they confirm
- Switch between organizations that pay them through Payment Labs from a single account
- Track every transaction and download receipts
- Open a dispute on any transaction and follow it through to resolution
- Complete W-9 or W-8BEN forms and download tax documents like Forms 1099 and 1042-S
Ronak Desai, CPTO and Co-Founder of Payment Labs, said: "In sports, esports, and the creator economy, how an organization pays its people is part of why talent signs and stays. With Payment Labs Wallet, payees decide when and how to withdraw their earnings, and our customers get an edge when competing for that talent."
Payment Labs Wallet is available to payees at organizations that use Payment Labs for payouts. To see how your payees can use it, book a demo with our team.
